Job Overview

As a Field Technician at Galooli, you will be instrumental in the successful deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our IoT solutions at client sites. This remote position requires a proactive approach to ensuring seamless operation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure Galooli hardware and software at customer locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of connected assets.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing on-site support.
• Conduct user training and ensure effective adoption of Galooli platforms.
• Document all service activities and report findings to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with remote support teams to address complex challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of IoT principles and connected devices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
