Job Overview

The Field Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of generator sets across various client sites in Nigeria. This role demands a proactive approach to ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our power generation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and assessments for generator installations.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of generator sets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues for prompt resolution.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on generator operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably with generators.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, generators, and associated components.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria.
