Job Overview

The Facility Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective maintenance and management of all physical assets and infrastructure. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide exceptional power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment and infrastructure.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff, assigning tasks and ensuring performance standards are met.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the procurement and inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential issues.
  • Develop and manage the facility’s maintenance budget.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Facility Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of facility management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for maintenance and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
