Job Overview

As an ERP Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining our Dynamics 365 systems. You will provide technical expertise to ensure seamless ERP operations, support system integrations, and drive continuous improvements in our business processes while enabling Equinix to scale with agility and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
• Design and implement system integrations with third-party applications
• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize ERP processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience with Dynamics 365
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization
• Proficiency in X++, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
