Job Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our international clients, providing proactive support and ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions. You will cultivate lasting partnerships, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via various communication channels.
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through product implementation.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.

    • Requirements

  • Fluency in English is essential for all roles.
  • Additional fluency in French or German is highly desirable for remote positions (FR/DE).
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or account management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or on-site environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.
