Job Overview

The Engineer – Enterprise Data and Internet NSMC will be responsible for the monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex network issues related to enterprise data and internet services. This role requires a deep understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices to maintain optimal service availability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance and identify potential issues proactively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting enterprise data and internet connectivity.
  • Analyze network traffic and performance data to optimize network efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in enterprise network operations or support.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and switching.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and other security technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
