An e-commerce business is currently hiring an Order Fulfilment & POD Dispatch Officer in Abuja. This role is ideal for organized and detail-oriented candidates who can manage packaging, dispatch coordination, and delivery tracking for online orders.

The position focuses on ensuring that confirmed customer orders are packaged correctly, dispatched promptly, and tracked until successful delivery.

Job Overview

The Fulfilment & Dispatch Officer will work closely with the customer support team and logistics partners to manage the entire order fulfilment process after an order has been confirmed. This includes packaging products, coordinating dispatch riders, monitoring deliveries, and reconciling Pay-On-Delivery (POD) payments.

Employment Details

• Job Type: Full Time (Hybrid)
• Location: Abuja
• Qualification: OND
• Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing and Packaging

• Receive confirmed orders from the customer support team
• Package products according to the company’s brand standards
• Label packages accurately with the correct customer information

Delivery Coordination

• Book deliveries with dispatch riders or logistics companies
• Ensure all orders are dispatched on time
• Track deliveries and update order status (Dispatched, Delivered, or Returned)

Pay-On-Delivery (POD) Management

• Monitor POD payments received from logistics partners
• Reconcile payments with delivered orders

Record Keeping and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched and delivered orders using Google Sheets
• Track daily order performance and delivery outcomes

Returns and Inventory Monitoring

• Handle failed deliveries and returned items
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management
