Job Summary

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, improving engagement, generating qualified leads, and enhancing the company’s digital performance through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and property sales
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including social media, email marketing, and online advertising

Online Advertising

  • Create and optimize targeted ads using:
    • Google Ads
    • Facebook Ads
    • Instagram Ads
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Develop engaging content such as graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media updates
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries online

Website & SEO Optimization

  • Optimize the company website for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Manage and update website content and property listings
  • Improve website performance and user experience

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement

Lead Generation & CRM Management

  • Implement strategies to generate qualified leads through digital channels
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads and manage follow-ups
  • Execute email marketing campaigns such as newsletters and promotions

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field

Experience

  • 2 – 5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO tools and strategies
  • Experience with:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Business Suite
    • MailChimp
    • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Understanding of SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Basic skills in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing
