Job Overview

As a Customer Service Expert / Team Lead, you will be instrumental in upholding Trax Apparel’s commitment to exceptional client experiences. You will lead a team, ensuring consistent service delivery across all customer touchpoints and contributing to brand loyalty and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
  • Manage customer inquiries via various channels, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Implement and refine customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer journeys.
