Job Overview

The Credit Control Officer will be responsible for managing and optimising the company’s accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and mitigating credit risk. This role is crucial in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting ISN Medical’s mission of accessible healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
  • Liaise with sales and customer service teams to resolve outstanding queries and disputes.
  • Implement and adhere to credit control policies and procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts.
  • Identify and escalate potential credit risks to management.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and credit management practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
