Job Overview

The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for the direct supervision and execution of all concrete related activities on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining ROCAD’s reputation for efficient and superior concrete work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a crew of concrete workers, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.
  • Interpret blueprints and project specifications to accurately lay out, form, pour, and finish concrete structures.
  • Monitor concrete quality, slump, and temperature, making necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on the construction site.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress for concrete operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other site personnel.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar supervisory role in concrete construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete mixes, admixtures, and finishing techniques.
  • Familiarity with formwork systems and reinforcement installation.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
