Job Overview

The Cafe and Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office’s cafe and front desk area. This dual role requires exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the office cafe, ensuring stock levels, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently high.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and light refreshments.
  • Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or hospitality setting.
