Job Overview
The Cabin Appearance Controller will be instrumental in upholding Air Peace’s high standards for cabin cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for all passengers within our Canadian operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft cabins to ensure adherence to cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Oversee and manage cleaning crews, providing direction and feedback to maintain exceptional quality.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cabin supplies, including amenities and safety equipment.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs within the cabin promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to cabin appearance.
- Coordinate with ground operations and maintenance teams to facilitate timely cabin preparation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cabin appearance, cleaning supervision, or similar role within the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of airline cabin safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
