Job Overview

The Business Development Officer will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding Accrete Energy’s market presence within Malaysia and the surrounding region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities within the petroleum engineering sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their technical challenges and business needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon business development targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the oil and gas or energy services industry.
• Strong understanding of petroleum engineering services and digital oilfield solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
