Job Overview

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving the strategic growth of Beneprojecti Nigeria Limited by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the upstream and downstream sectors of the Nigerian Oil & Gas market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and service delivery capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development within the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the upstream and downstream subsectors of the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
