Job Overview
The Van Sales Representative (VSR) will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring product availability across designated territories. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, effective inventory management, and a strong understanding of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for Sonia Foods products within assigned routes.
- Manage and maintain van inventory, ensuring product availability and freshness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
- Promote and introduce new products to the market.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns.
- Adhere to company sales policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Van Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
