HubSpot is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Contract Manager, Scaled – Canada (French Speaking) to join our Canadian team. Job Overview

The Associate Contract Manager will support the Scaled Renewals team by managing a high volume of customer contracts, ensuring compliance, and facilitating timely renewals. This role requires a strong understanding of contractual language and a proactive approach to contract lifecycle management. Fluency in both English and French is essential for effective communication with our diverse Canadian clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate standard renewal contracts in compliance with HubSpot’s policies and legal guidelines.
  • Manage contract queues and track contract status to ensure timely execution and prevent churn.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) and customers to resolve contractual queries and facilitate approvals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records within our CRM and contract management systems.
  • Identify and escalate non-standard contract terms or potential risks for further review.
  • Support the development and implementation of efficient contract management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in contract management, legal support, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
