The Rube is currently hiring an Operations & Business Manager to oversee daily operations, manage client experiences, and ensure seamless execution of events and bookings.

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: ₦200,000 monthly

Role Overview

The Operations & Business Manager will be responsible for coordinating floral experience events, managing hospitality standards, and ensuring operational efficiency across studio and event activities. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in hospitality, event management, or experiential brand operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of floral experience events, bookings, and activations
• Manage client communication, scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Implement and maintain hospitality standards and guest experience protocols
• Supervise setup teams, event flow, inventory, and equipment readiness
• Ensure smooth day-to-day studio and operational activities
• Track costs, inventory usage, stock levels, and replenishment needs
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure aesthetic and brand consistency
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and client satisfaction management

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality operations, event management, or experiential brand management
• Strong communication skills with proven client-facing experience
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
• Experience managing teams, vendors, and service partners
• Flexibility to work weekends and event days when required
