Job Description

• Engage customers and provide detailed product information, promotions, and service offerings.
• Deliver prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all customers.
• Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure full satisfaction.
• Monitor product displays and replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain spotless and visually appealing display cabinets.
• Merchandise products according to brand visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and issue receipts.
• Manage shop-floor inventory and ensure proper accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neat, friendly, and well-presented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Good team player with strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to take on additional responsibilities.
