About the Role
The Head of Operations will lead and optimize operational activities—including logistics, warehouse, and procurement—to improve performance, efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute operational strategies for efficiency and productivity
• Manage multiple operational departments and teams
• Monitor workflow, cost efficiency, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Implement systems for inventory management and performance tracking
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teams to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, growth, and process optimization

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7–10 years’ operational management experience (agro-processing/warehousing/FMCG preferred)
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple functions
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and operational best practices
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory software (e.g., Sage or SAP)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability
