Role- HR Generalist
Location- Fully Remote (option to work from NY office)
Note- This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.

About the Role – HR Generalist
The HR Generalist will help shape a smooth, positive, and consistent employee experience across a fully remote, fast-growing, global team.
You’ll work across core HR processes such as onboarding, employee relations, documentation, compliance, and performance processes, gaining broad exposure to people operations in a high-growth web3 company.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to employee queries on onboarding, orientation, and HR processes
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, documentation, and new-hire training
• Support offboarding, ensuring proper documentation and process adherence
• Help maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
• Create and manage HR templates, guides, and process documentation
• Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and databases
• Assist with HR reporting, basic metrics, and process improvement projects
• Participate in engagement initiatives and team-building activities
• Recommend ways to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience

What You’ll Bring
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Familiarity with HRIS tools and G Suite / Microsoft Office
• Collaborative mindset and interest in building a supportive work culture
