Key Responsibilities
As a Web Designer, you will:
* Design and edit high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics for web platforms
* Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for the web
* Create user-friendly and visually appealing websites, e-commerce stores, and web app dashboards
* Present design concepts and materials professionally to clients
* Stay current with design trends and continuously improve design skills

Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have:
* Mastery of video/photo editing software
* Experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS and how it applies to web development (preferred)
* Strong understanding of design fundamentals and visual storytelling
* Portfolio demonstrating web design experience (e-commerce or web app dashboards preferred)
* Experience with project management tools such as Basecamp and G-Suite (preferred)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Availability to work 40 hours/week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday)
* Reliable workstation with fast computer, microphone, speakers, stable internet, and power supply
