Job Description

The Bloom Africa is looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate empowerment programs for women and girls. The ideal candidate is organised, mission-driven, and experienced in program design, execution, and impact reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, coordinate, and implement empowerment programs
• Lead program design, planning, and execution from start to finish
• Oversee storytelling, content, and digital engagement across platforms
• Develop and track impact reports, milestones, and program outcomes
• Build and manage key partnerships and stakeholder relationships

Requirements
• 2–3 years’ experience in program management, nonprofit operations, or a related role
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and other digital tools
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Genuine passion for women and girls’ empowerment
