Chainalysis, a global leader in blockchain analytics, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join their private sector team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping clients succeed, leveraging data insights, and building long-term, strategic relationships.
The Customer Success team partners with customers investigating illicit cryptocurrency activities, including human trafficking, money laundering, and terrorist financing, helping make the world a safer place.

Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, understanding stakeholders’ goals and challenges
• Maintain a regular cadence of check-ins and reviews to proactively solve problems and reduce churn
• Meet with clients both virtually and in-person (20–30% travel)
• Monitor customer adoption and usage, identify trends, and execute strategic account plans
• Provide guidance on advanced product usage and investigative data tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally and advocate for customer needs to internal leadership
• Contribute to initiatives improving customer experience and internal workflows

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management for software or digital products
• Familiarity with technology and SaaS environments
• Track record of building customer journeys, account plans, and expanding product adoption
• Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand customer needs beyond what is explicitly stated
• Interest in cryptocurrency and passion for Chainalysis’ mission to build trust in blockchain
Nice to Have:
• Experience in the private sector or financial markets
• Work experience within the crypto ecosystem
• Analytical or investigative experience in financial services
