Job Overview

Ecologique Transport Solutions Limited is seeking a diligent and organized Tracking Officer to join our operations team in Nigeria. The Tracking Officer will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing our fleet’s movements, ensuring timely deliveries, and enhancing operational efficiency through effective real-time tracking and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the location and status of all company vehicles and shipments in real-time using tracking software.
• Proactively identify and address any deviations from planned routes or schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle movements and delivery statuses.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant personnel regarding operational updates and potential issues.
• Generate reports on fleet performance, delivery times, and route adherence.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding the status of shipments.
• Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to tracking procedures.

Requirements
