Job Overview
The Utilities Operator will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of all utility systems within the brewery, ensuring continuous supply of essential services for production. This role is crucial in maintaining operational integrity and supporting our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boilers, refrigeration systems, compressed air, water treatment plants, and other utility equipment.
- Perform routine checks, inspections, and minor maintenance on utility systems.
- Respond to alarms and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance, energy consumption, and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to utility operations.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Technical qualification or proven experience in operating industrial utility systems.
- Knowledge of boiler operations, refrigeration cycles, and water treatment processes is essential.
