Job Overview
As an Aluminum Technician (Cladding Facade), you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of aluminum cladding systems on commercial and residential high-rise buildings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards in working at heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain aluminum cladding facades on high-rise structures
- Diagnose and repair cladding defects, leaks, and structural issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on facade systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Document work completion and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams and contractors
Requirements
- Proven experience in aluminum cladding installation and maintenance
- Valid certification in height safety and MEWP operations
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
