Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Catawiki, providing multilingual support to our international user base. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Romanian and English via email and chat
• Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist users with account management and platform navigation
• Process refunds and manage transaction-related requests
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
