Job Overview

The Entry-Level Procurement Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement functions of LABORIA Limited. This position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of the supply chain, working closely with senior procurement staff to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential for our IVD operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential suppliers for laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
  • Conduct preliminary market research on pricing and product availability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
  • Track the status of orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in the evaluation of supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
