Job Overview

The Head Teacher will be responsible for the overall academic and administrative leadership of Treasure Heights Montessori School, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality Montessori education. Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Recognized Montessori certification (e.g., AMI, AMS).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in teaching and at least 3 years in a leadership role within a Montessori setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Montessori pedagogy and child development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in educational administration and management.
