Since our inception as NEXT TECHNOLOGY NIGERIA LIMITED, we have expanded to encompass 15 companies operating across Real Estate, Energy, Power, Construction, Agriculture, and Transportation sectors. As we continue our growth trajectory, we require a dedicated legal professional to support our operations and strategic objectives.

Job Overview

The Lawyer will provide comprehensive legal counsel to CFL Group, ensuring compliance with Nigerian laws and regulations across all business divisions. This role is pivotal in protecting the company’s interests, managing legal risks, and facilitating seamless business operations within our diversified portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate transactions, contracts, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian laws and industry regulations
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes
• Advise on employment law, intellectual property, and real estate matters
• Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Nigerian Legal Practitioner’s Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of legal practice experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
