Job Overview

The Call Center Agent will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing essential support and information regarding Pizza Hut services. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient order processing and query resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
• Addressing customer inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and service areas.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Promoting Pizza Hut’s products and services to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian market and customer expectations is advantageous.
