Job Overview

The After Sales Engineer / Manager will oversee all post-sale customer support activities, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer retention. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence and building long-term relationships with our valued clients across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate after-sales technical support and maintenance services
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic systems
• Lead and supervise the after-sales technical team
• Develop service protocols and quality assurance procedures
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service activities
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and satisfaction assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in after-sales support or technical services
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy technology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in English; local language skills are advantageous
