Job Overview

The Group Telesales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our comprehensive financial products and services via telephone and digital channels, and converting prospects into valued clients. Operating across our component companies licensed by the CBN and SEC, you will represent Norrenberger’s commitment to providing Investment Banking, Fund Management, Financial Advisory, and Foreign Exchange services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospect clients using established call lists and databases
• Present and explain financial products and services persuasively
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to meet group objectives

Requirements

• Secondary school certification minimum; tertiary education preferred
• Proven telesales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong numeracy and financial literacy
• High resilience and ability to handle rejection
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
