Job Overview

The ICT Manager will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Coleman’s IT systems, networks, and digital infrastructure. This role ensures seamless technology operations, supports business continuity, and implements strategic IT solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and user support
• Develop and implement comprehensive IT policies and security protocols
• Manage IT budget and vendor relationships
• Lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
• Support staff training and technology adoption
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ IT management experience
• Strong knowledge of networks, databases, and cybersecurity
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• ITIL or relevant certification preferred
