Job Overview

The Boiler Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of Emzor’s industrial boiler systems, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is critical to maintaining the continuous operations of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and necessary repairs on boilers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose operational issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and fuel consumption.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards related to boiler operation.
• Respond to emergencies and perform necessary corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Boiler Technician or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of boiler systems, operations, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components of boilers.
• Knowledge of relevant safety codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
