Technical Product Associate – Food Health Systems Advisory
Food Health Systems Advisory (FHSA) is a leading management consulting and business advisory firm dedicated to advancing food systems, nutrition, agriculture, health, and climate initiatives globally. We partner with philanthropic foundations, international organizations, governments, non-profits, and corporations to deliver strategic advisory and technical services. Based in Lima, Peru, we’re seeking a dynamic Technical Product Associate to support our growing operations and contribute to meaningful impact across Latin America and beyond.
Job Overview
The Technical Product Associate will serve as a critical support function for our consulting teams, managing project operations, coordinating technical deliverables, and ensuring seamless execution of advisory engagements. This role bridges strategy and implementation, requiring strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for food systems and sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Support technical analysis and data management for advisory projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for clients and internal teams
- Assist in research on food policy, nutrition programs, and agricultural initiatives
- Manage databases and track project metrics
- Support proposal development and client relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, nutrition, public health, economics, or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in project coordination or business operations
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in food systems, sustainability, or international development
