Job Overview

RemoteRemote is seeking a meticulous and proactive Lifecycle Specialist, Time and Attendance, to join our EMEA team. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of time and attendance data for our international client base. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, resolving issues and optimizing processes related to employee work hours and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process time and attendance data for EMEA clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in time entries, working closely with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for time and attendance-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure seamless data flow and timely salary disbursements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant labor laws and timekeeping regulations across EMEA.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in time and attendance management or a related HR operations role within the EMEA region.
  • Familiarity with various timekeeping systems and software.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA labor laws and payroll processing nuances.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
