INTERSOS, an independent humanitarian organization, seeks a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join its Italy office. We work in crisis-affected regions worldwide, providing essential support to vulnerable populations. This role is crucial in ensuring quality clinical services and supporting our humanitarian teams across our intervention countries.
Job Overview
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical operations and support decentralized field teams in delivering effective healthcare services. You will work from our Italy headquarters, coordinating clinical activities, ensuring quality standards, and providing technical guidance to our humanitarian operators in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise clinical programs across intervention countries
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and humanitarian standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to field teams
- Develop and implement clinical training programs
- Conduct regular evaluations and quality assurance assessments
- Prepare reports on clinical activities and outcomes
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partner organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, medicine, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in humanitarian settings
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Italian required
