Legal Practitioner / Legal Counsel

Incel Group, a leading Destination Management Company with headquarters in Dubai and expanding operations across Sub-Saharan Africa, is seeking a skilled Legal Practitioner/Legal Counsel to join our Lagos office. As we continue to grow our presence in Nigeria’s dynamic tourism and travel sector, we require a dedicated legal professional to support our operations and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Job Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive legal support to a fast-growing international travel and tourism company. You will be instrumental in navigating the complex Nigerian legal landscape while supporting our inbound tour operations, visa services, and travel arrangements for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on Nigerian employment, immigration, and corporate law matters
• Ensure compliance with local tourism and travel regulations
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Manage visa and documentation requirements for clients and employees
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters
• Conduct legal due diligence on business partnerships
• Provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with valid practicing certificate
• Minimum 5 years’ legal experience in Nigeria
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian immigration and tourism laws
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional discretion and ethical standards
