As the company takes on more complex digital transformation projects, they’re looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer to drive technical delivery and set the standard for how these solutions are built.

Job Overview

This is a senior technical role that sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and leadership. You’ll design and build enterprise-grade solutions on Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, work directly with business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable systems, and take responsibility for the quality and direction of everything your team ships. You’ll also mentor junior developers and make sure best practices are followed throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and development across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Power Platform.
• Build and customise Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, Power Pages, Dataverse configurations, and system integrations.
• Develop plugins, workflows, web resources, and PCF controls to extend platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-architected, practical solutions.
• Oversee DevOps processes, solution lifecycle management, and enforce development best practices across the team.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, supporting their growth and maintaining delivery standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, and Azure integrations.
• Experience with solution architecture, application lifecycle management (ALM), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Microsoft certifications in PL-400 or PL-600 are preferred.
