Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Lead Product Designer to drive the design strategy and execution for ether.fi’s suite of products. This role demands a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for innovation in Web3, and the ability to lead and inspire a design team. You will be instrumental in defining the user experience across our platforms, from initial concept to polished execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for ether.fi products, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing.
  • Develop and maintain a strong design vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Champion user research and incorporate findings into design iterations.
  • Define and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer or similar senior design role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills, particularly in complex digital products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading design initiatives and mentoring design teams.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized finance is highly advantageous.
