Key Responsibilities

  • Process patient documentation and ensure its timely submission.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, particularly those related to patient confidentiality and data security.
  • Requirements

  • Valid Health Information Management (HIM) certification.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role within a healthcare setting.
