Job Overview

The Business Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of Cormart’s brewery operations. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical acumen, and a deep understanding of the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee daily brewery operations, ensuring quality control, production efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage P&L for the brewery division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the brewery operations team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify new market opportunities and product development initiatives.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business management, with at least 3 years in the beverage or brewing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operational budgets and driving profitability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
