Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and organized Inventory & Storekeeper to manage all aspects of hotel inventory and store operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient stock control, minimizing waste, and supporting seamless service delivery within our hospitality division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Receive, inspect, and store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory counts to identify discrepancies.
  • Process purchase requisitions and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and security of the storeroom and inventory.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their inventory needs.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Storekeeper, or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software or systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move moderate weights.
  • Basic understanding of stock control principles.
