Job Overview

The Pastry Cashier will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers interacting with our pastry offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their selections.
  • Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for all transactions.
  • Handle cash, card, and other payment methods with precision.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the counter and display areas.
  • Stock and replenish pastry display cases as needed.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
