Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to join our Nigeria team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with Chinese enterprises operating or investing in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Nigerian market and a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the technology or HR services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business leads within the Chinese enterprise landscape in Nigeria.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor service offerings.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of the Runlink AI HR Platform.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably in Nigeria.
  • Excellent understanding of the Chinese business culture and its presence in Nigeria.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
