AllCloud is seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this fully remote, permanent, full-time role, you will be instrumental in leading and delivering successful Salesforce implementations for our diverse client base across various industries. Leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies and Salesforce best practices, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Job Overview

As a Salesforce Project Manager at AllCloud Canada, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and AllCloud standards.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of project resources.
  • Conduct project status meetings and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and common use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Based in Canada, preferably within Eastern Time.
