Job Overview

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within designated territories across Nigeria. This role involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their HR and customer care needs, and presenting U-Connect’s tailored solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the Nigerian market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate U-Connect’s service offerings to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HR services or B2B solutions sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
