Job Overview

The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing essential technical assistance and support to Fort Knox Group’s employees across Nigeria. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring network connectivity to support our diverse business functions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Respond to user requests for technical assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Assist with user account management and access control.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
